Gets it right most of the time

I frequently use this program and most of the time it credits my account, probably about 80% of the time. I only shop at one store, Harris Teeter, sometimes it gives me credit some times it doesn't.
Needs better customer service
Not so southern belle
They've made several mistakes on my account and customer service hasn't responded. I resubmitted a receipt with a note attached pointing out it was processed incorrectly and they wouldn't accept it because it was previously processed! Love the savings, but they need to work out the bugs and respond better to users.

I love savings star! They have a ton of great savings on items I buy on a regular basis. If you don't use it you are missing out!

Used this app for 6 plus months. Mixed results. Has worked well when I have one to three small rebates. Twice now I have verified my activated offers by scanning barcodes at stores. When I submit my receipts I have got emails that none of the products I have bought qualify for this. Twice now I have not been credited 5 $ on bounty plus a few more 1 $ rebates. It's frustrating to see this when Ibota and Checkout 51 have been flawless. I get lame emails saying my receipt was not legible, but I can print it out from Saving Star's link and it is clean as a whistle.

I really like Saving Star. It has the potential to be a great app. However, I've had nothing but trouble trying to use it. I have had to contact customer service every time! All my other apps have no problem scanning items but this app just won't. Customer service has been no help whatsoever. They credit my rebate but then I still have to contact them and wait every time I use it. Very frustrating!
Automatic savings store feature NO GOOD!

So i love the savings star coupon offers, but I Shop mostly at an automatic savings store which has gone thru several changes in ownership... Albertson's. We had a store card, then we didnt, so we got u promise tags and they are not recording my dang purchases! Now...our Albertson's bought out safeway and will be getting the safeway cards :/ I would just like to upload my receipts, that way i get my credit and am not dependent on computers to CATCH MY PURCHASES WHEN IT FEELS LIKE IT! IM LOSING MY CREDITS OVER THIS FAILED SYSTEM WHICH COULD EASILY BE RECTIFIED BY UPLOADING MY RECEIPTS, PROOF OF PURCHASE! The contact us resolution works too slow! Savings star your not keeping up with all these changes and it is really affecting my savings! PLEASE ALLOW A RECEIPT TO BE UPLOADED WHEN THIS FAILURE OCCURS, BECAUSE IT OCCURS REGULARILY, FOR ME AT LEAST.

SavingStar could use some pointers from Ibotta. Ibotta is easier to scan, upload receipts, and has a lot more items to save on.
