Trouble submitting rebate for Festival Foods – SavingStar - Grocery Savings Review

I am unable to submit a rebate for Festival Foods. My store doesn’t have a loyalty program but for some reason Saving Star wants me to link it. In short, I can’t submit a receipt or do anything when Festival Foods is involved. Frustrating.
