Helpful in conjunction with therapy

This app has been really great for tracking my mood and thoughts. It’s perfect for when I’m on the go and want to quickly jot down a thought that I have. I often bring up what I have written to my therapist during our sessions. She loves that I use this app and it has enhanced my treatment greatly!


Helpful, but not hearing acessable

This app is fantastic for data collection, however the meditations do not have an option for subtitles or written instructions. The verbal instructions are in a very high/sharp voice and is incredibly difficult to understand. Other than that this app is quite helpful.

Amazing for my bipolar depression

Don’t be put off by the fact that this contains in-app purchases. The most helpful features are free. One of my favorite things about this app is the option to track various health habits alongside my mood. It helps to look back on my personal record and make connections. For example: “oh, I exercised every day for a week and it improved my mood” or “I didn’t sleep well that night; that must’ve been why I had such a bad day.” Also: I suffer from bipolar depression, so there’s a cyclical nature to my depressive periods. When I use the mood tracker frequently, I am able to notice patterns. In my experience, I’ve noticed that, on average, my worst slumps last around five days. When I use the mood tracker, I’m able to recognize how much longer the period of depression will last (i.e., “I’ve been really numb for the past four days, so I’ll most likely feel better in a day or two”). All in all, this is a great app for anyone, especially those suffering from an anxiety or mood disorder.

This app has helped me so much with unhealthy habits, unhealthy thoughts, and panic attacks. It’s helped me more than a therapist could by allowing me to ask myself the right questions and recognizing the signs of an unhealthy habit. It’s also allowed me to share my thoughts with others anonymously and that can be so relieving sometimes. Considering one visit to the therapist drains my entire paycheck, this is an amazing alternative! I love this app!

Was hard to understand at first, but after coming back to it I was surprised how much access I get for free. I STILL would like an emergency meditation/ breathing exercise option as soon as you open the app, as well as reminders through out the day to partake in activities to increase your health. Mood tracker, with notes to dump anything on your chest or to note possible triggers. Large social activity with private groups( chat rooms) and public forums, they are not always very active ( in comparison to major social media apps )but are very useful. Health Tracker to help make small daily goals. Even as small as " hygiene " which as someone who suffers from depression can be hard to meet the daily shower when you struggle to justify getting out of bed. A much safer and healthier app than anything I've seen for mental wellness. ( like Talk Life) *** I would like*** to personalize notifications for specific activties (Like Gratitude Journal Daily.) To Track Productivity / Activity, and receive a report “ You accomplish more goals when you - “ For the app to open up straight onto the mood rater like it used to.

When I am unable to calm myself, the meditation does the job. I really like that meditations are 10 minutes long. It takes time to forget what’s bothering me, and get into the meditation.
