El app comenzó a funcionar perfectamente. Luego de haber escrito los datos de mi tarjeta de crédito y pagado los $3 dólares para enviar la carta la aplicación se cerró. Intentaba entrar y me sacaba de la aplicación. Procedo a borrar la aplicación y volver a instalarla, escribo mi email y mi password, pero igualmente al entrar me saca fuera del app. Necesito que me ayuden con eso, lo más pronto posible.

I was advised to give this app a try by a support group for the Marines and my sons recruiter. I was cautioned that there had been some issues with our RCT’s not receiving letters or pictures we send. Well, I have given it a try. Great concept and hoped my experience would be a good one. Well my RCT just sent word to not use the app anymore. The letters and pictures are getting mixed up with other RCT’s. He was brief of course in his letter so not sure of all the details nor how many if any have gotten or not gotten to him. Only stated to not use it. Send through regular mail. I hope you can get the kinks worked out because the concept of this service is great. But will not be using anymore, sorry to say.
The app to get if you know someone joining the military

If you have someone going to boot camp or basic training this is a must download. The app allows you to send letters to boot camp straight from your phone. No post office no envelopes no stationary needed. Although I did still write letters I ended up sending more Sandboxx letters as my at the time marine officer candidate requested me to use sandboxx because he was getting mail faster. Not only do you get to send letters but every week they send you what your recruit is doing that week during training along with letter topics and suggestions in case you don’t know what to write about. Whenever I had an issue with the app the customer support team was extremely helpful and responsive. All my issues were taken care of and I could focus on supporting my loved one with letters. This is a great app to keep our loved ones motivated during the hardest time of their life. I would recommend again and again.

Great business model to charge an excessive amount & prey on emotions for profit. Parents- write your recruit a letter & buy a stamp. Save money for a graduation gift, it may take an extra day for post office and your effort to send it. Which one is more personal? I have handwritten letters two decades old; a print out doesn’t have the same effect.
