Would be great but no store functionality

I recently got my Samsung watch active and it pairs great to my phone but I cannot log in to the Samsung store through the app to get apps and faces. After contacting Samsung support and sitting through a 3 hour call, following all instruction, they were unable to help me at all. This would be a great app IF I COULD LOG IN AT ALL! Samsung just told me to wait for an update (several weeks they said). FIX THIS FAST!

Buggy app with iPhone

The app looks ok but is very buggy when used with iPhone. Galaxy Store is very flaky and doesn’t always open. You have to try about 20 times to open it. Plus when you try to install watch faces it will just hang saying ‘Installing’. The only way I have found to install watch faces is close app and shut off watch completely, then try to start the app again and you should be able to install a couple watch faces. You have to do this every time. Quite annoying. A lot of watch faces compared to Apple, but very buggy.

I have an iPhone 8 and bought the Galaxy Active 40mm. I’ve been trying for days to get notifications on my watch. Everyone sends me the troubleshooting guide or some link how to do it. I’ve done everything! I got one call the other day and haven’t gotten anything more. Is this pair even compatible? Soooo frustrated.

Cannot get logged in my account

I just bought the galaxy s3 gear and tried to connect to galaxy store but it is not allowing me to do so. My location is in Kosovo. When i fill my correct Credentials it says incorrect password and also i get an error 500 if i want to register a new account. I can log into Samsung health app without any problem and with the same account and password. Please consider this review as without having access on the galaxy store the gear is not that great. I can share more informations and maybe there is a bug that we can work with. Thank you.

After trying to log in, put in the 15(ish) digit captcha code, navigate trying to reset password, and then trying to log in again, put in the captcha code, and then the new password not recognized... I decided that Samsung does not want people to use this app. Come on, is Fort Knox really required for the free downloads?

Watch stopped receiving WhatsApp and email messages

Watch stopped receiving WhatsApp and email notifications. I use my watch with my iPhone and it always worked then one day it just stopped. I cannot seem to find WhatsApp anywhere in the app listing and I have reset and reboot my watch and the phone app 3x.
