Cannot download new watch faces to Gear S3

I have a iPhone XR and have downloaded the Samsung Galaxy Watch app to use with my Gear 3. Every time I try to download a new watch face to my watch it tells me download failed. I am connected to WiFi on the watch and phone. Seems like this is a known bug??? Other than this the app is great but frustrating that I cannot download anything to the watch !!!

Having issues with the galaxy app within the app it self tried opening it a couple of times and does not respond

I was just a bit concerned that there would be issues with the app and the apple operating system but there have been zero issues. I love my apple products but think that they should build some gear like Samsung does. I never really liked the look of the Apple Watch but love my Galaxy watch.

Not connecting iPhone 6 Plus

Ever since the app update I can not connect my phone to the watch. No matter if I call support or take it to a local authorized dealer they can’t connect

Gear S3 Frontier works with iPhone 8 Plus ??

I’ve had a few different iPhones since buying the S3 Frontier smart watch in 2017, and I am relieved that I can still keep my watch and receive calls and reply to texts on an iPhone 8 Plus.

Sad to say my watch has been acting very crazy. It won’t open messaging app and it keeps saying it has errors. Very disappointing.

I really like the watch but wish it was a little more ease of use with my iPhone. Other than that I have had fun changing the faces and using the fitness app.

Last update killed health sync

This last update broke Samsung Health sync. The only way to get the watch to sync is to force Bluetooth off for a few minutes turn it back on and immediately open health app and wait and within a few minutes it finally syncs please fix this everything was great till that bonehead move.

Log in error

After the last update the samaung account has been logged out automatically. With the correct id and password account is not signing in. Please fix the bug.
