Worthless on iOS13

No texts, disconnects constantly, worthless. Location required for weather is also stupid and pointless. I could simply add the zip code, but these creepy companies want to have all of your data. After a couple Samsung phones with no updates, a Samsung tablet with no updates, and now this, I will never own another Samsung product.

I loved my Galaxy watch when I had a Samsung phone. I switched over to the iPhone last year. I was pleasantly surprised that all the functions still worked on the watch with the iPhone (with the exception of being able to talk on the phone with the watch). However, about a month ago I completely stopped getting text notifications. I’ve uninstalled the app, reset the watch, installed the app again...still no luck. Extremely frustrating since the whole reason I got the watch was to get text and phone call notifications.

It’s disappointing that after every update I have to restore my watch to factory before the watch connects. Also erasing everything on it.

I updated my iPhone 10 iOS software to the latest update, and I no longer get notifications. I don’t even have the messages or email option on the watch. Please fix!!!! I took the steps listed from the developers response and nothing worked. I’ve unpaired, reset my watch and everything (like set it up as a new watch), re paired it, and nothing. Please fix!! ?? 1/15/20 I contacted you via the app and sent the system log. I have completely reset the watch to a new watch and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I also updated the watch. Still nothing works and I don’t even have the messages or email icon on the watch anymore. Please fix!! ????

Since updating my XR to 13.3, the app keeps connecting and disconnecting from Bluetooth (even though in iPhone settings it says I am connected). Can’t install anything now. Samsung customer service advice was not helpful—suggested steps that are not available on iPhone.

I have reset the watch and started from zero. I can connect by Bluetooth first time and looks ok but after aprox 3 min it disconnects and never goes back. I have tried everything and it shows the watch in Bluetooth menu but can’t connect anymore so now I have an stand alone watch Every update is worse. it’s useless!!!

Never going back to Apple Watches after previously having a Series 4 Apple Watch, which slows down as soon as they release a new one. The Galaxy Watch stays fast and has the same features, if not more. It’s compatible with iPhone as well. Maybe I’ll switch to Galaxy phones, too?

I think that the app works really well, but whenever I opened it after I refreshed it, it took a long time to connect to my watch, which is the only noticeable problem, but everything else seems to work well so far. Good job Samsung.
