When I went to the App Store the app said it was compatible with my new iPad mini 5 when it was download it says it was not compatible with my iPad when I check again it said it was still compatible with my new iPad mini 5 so the creator of this app can you fix this problem please I’m going to get a Samsung galaxy watch!
Horrible compared to Android experience

I'm a long time Android user forced to use an iPhone for work. I have had the Galaxy watch since release and suffered through the poor step counts and other issues that were eventually fixed via update. I stuck with the watch on Android because I loved the functionality and battery life (usually 4 to 5 days). However, having serious issues after a month on iOS. Less functionality (No payment from watch, no calling, no responding to messages). I could live with those issues but the worst is horrible syncing with Samsung health and terrible battery life (only 1 to 2.5 days). I'm using the exact same settings and watch faces as when paired to an Android phone yet get less than half the battery life. Used to love this watch but seriously considering an Apple watch now. Please fix so I don't have to do that.

The limitations having a iPhone are not that terrible. This is still a useful app and device works well. Only thing I have trouble with is the battery part.. it is constantly reviewing my usage and I have yet to see any data. Other then that, I think it’s great and am a happy consumer. Thanks!! UPDATE: Pulling down Battery Tab to refresh does not fix.. it continues to monitor for as long as I let idle.. I still happy with everything else and if this is the only issue, I am okay with that. Thanks!!
App does not work at all

My IPhone 6s is connected to the watch through the Bluetooth list, every time I go into the app and click start journey,gear s2, and then select my watch, it says connecting watch for about 1-2 mins and then I it just returns to the screen that displays all the nearby watches, and I keep clicking on mine and it never works, it connects, but does not open any type of management for the watch, I would really love to download apps on my gear s2 but I cannot because the app is not working, please return a solution ASAP. Thank You.
