Galexy buds

Hey samsung why u don’t update this application?? We need a added galexy buds app on galexy wearable please I’m want ambient noise and so much needeed for me but when I connect to iPhone without buds its nothing ambient and don’t work please update app thx

I’m one that usually doesn’t write reviews but there is a complaint I have. I’m not sure if it’s the watch (which I think is top notch) or the Galaxy App. The thing that frustrates me is that every time I open the App, it has to search for the watch then sync with it. Since it is a Bluetooth connection, and both the watch and the app are always close to one another, I’m irritated that the connection is not a constant one. Other than that, I highly recommend the watch and once the App syncs with the watch, it provides very useful data.

I gave 4 stars only because the app seems to periodically lose connection with the Galaxy Watch. I don’t know if the problem is on my end or if the issue resides with the app. UPDATE: It’s nice to know that the developer of this app reads comments. I got a response to my concern and now my phone and Galaxy Watch stay connected. Battery life is excellent, I can make and receive phone calls and I can read texts and emails. As for not being able to respond to texts from the watch, come on people, give the developer a break. Best I can tell, that is an iPhone or platform issue not a design error. Not having these features was not a deal breaker for me because I knew about this before I purchased. I bought the watch because of the look. It looks like the kind of watch I wanna wear. There is still a place in my life for the iWatch but my everyday watch is the Galaxy Watch.
Won’t find my watch now... do I need to waste my time fixing this?

Updated software and now is can’t find my watch. “Check Status If Watch” error. Do I have time for this? No.

I updated the app today and Samsung galaxy watch will no longer connect to my iPhone. Has been broken since the update on 9/2

I can search for watch faces or apps any more. And with each new update it gets less responsive. Running iPhone 10 and it’s nothing but problems....
