I’m a stay at home mom with a newborn and a toddler so grocery shopping is nearly impossible which is why I love Safeway delivery. Makes my life way less stressful and I love that I always get codes in my email for $20 off and free delivery! Only downfall is that I can’t use my own bags for groceries and produce. I hate using so much plastic.

Absolutely atrocious. I spoke to several customer service reps through the number provided. They were all very polite and helpful and they did the best they could to resolve the issue of me not receiving my order. The order was placed on Saturday and I didn’t receive my order or a call stating when I would. After several days I was told it was canceled and that I’d be refunded my money but that it could take up to a business week. If I was indigent, without transportation, or in some dire situation where I needed the money I spent back immediately I’d be in a dire situation. Reprehensible service.

Well the service is good the app is smoother than the old web pages but the costs (delivery and service fee) seem inflated . Also hopefully they follow through with offered items more frequently now. Out of stock was a common problem before . Still its a good service .

$5 an order adds up for someone who shops several times a week. A subscription plan similar to other online grocery services, like Harris Teeter, would be great.

I like being able to do my shopping from the comfort of my home. I’m getting on in years and this way is a real plus. Whether it’s hot outside, cold or raining, it gets done.
