Every day it’s something different. Hate the way it looks...like a cheap USA Today. Difficult to use....repeats the same news for days.

Where’s the updated sports news?

I just subscribed to get news about the Kings, and after last night’s win I wanted to read about the game. But there is NO STORY about the game other than one paragraph and some video of the coaches’ comments after the game. Am I missing something? I am ready to cancel if this problem is not resolved.

When will the fuzziness get fixed

I am a royal reader since hard copy version, but the current version is unreadable. Will it get fixed or do I need to cancel my subscription since I cannot read the paper. Thank you

You just can’t get it right

I have tolerated an unstable,user unfriendly product too long. Today, I asked to cancel. The future of your company is digital, but you have shown no ability to present a customer friendly product. Publishing articles that claim you have a great new version doesn’t make it true.

I regularly read several online newspapers. I don’t understand why the Bee app is so inferior to the others. Better technology is obviously widely available— why doesn’t the Bee use it. The newspaper in the capital of the state of California should be a leader.

Site is often down and regularly makes changes requiring you to Change your password.....then often cannot get bad in. In fact, down right now!

The online version is impossible to read as there is no room for the actual content on the screen so I have to download the e-edition to make readable. I tap on icon and today’s paper is there. I tap download and screen goes dark like its downloading but it’s not. I then have to go to the upper left corner, hit e edition, find today’s edition and then hit download. What a pain. In fact every few weeks when I have to re-login there are new issues. This is the worst most inconsistent app ever.... idea what they wetTakes 4-5 clicks to get to the e-edition which then hangs for awhile if it even comes up. The e-edition is unreadable so you have to download to make readable. Then the download then hangs up assuming it comes up. It’s a horrible app. Waste of time. A 3rd rate app by a 5th rate newspaper. Yesterday’s news tomorrow is their slogan.

This app is terrible... I have has so many instances where it has glitches when I try and read in newspaper view. I don’t want to kil a tree. How hard would it be to just let us download and read online?
