This is a classic case of fixing something that wasn’t broken. The previous app was much easier to work with. This one has difficulty navigating sections, blurry text, problems with zoom in and out, and an overall glitchy operation. I still haven’t received a response to my message giving feedback. ?♀️

Today I opened my BEE app. Touched the icon to take me to the regular newspaper layout, and got a copy displayed in a skinny window that could not be enlarged. The paper could only be read if you have incredibly eyesight or a powerful magnifying glass. Fix this problem please or lose another customer.

Every time the Bee does an app enhancement, it gets worse. It has recently gotten worse. 11-10-19.....Again, this Sac Bee app is a piece of crap. Whoever approved this app to go live needs to find another job.

I don’t need this app to get the news. News is everywhere now days. I liked the old version, where I felt I was reading the paper. Where are my favorites? The comics, TV listing, horoscopes, obituaries? The same stories are repeated not only under different categories but over and over throughout the week.
Text is unreadable

Since the last update, the text is very difficult to read, it is blurry on the iPad. Also, hard to scroll on the pages. There are so many apps for newspapers that are a dream to use, maybe leverage them. No rating as I am not able to use the app.
Please find a competent app designer

The one you have needs a new career. The user interface is nasty, the crop tool awful. I’d gladly stop the physical delivery if the app was even close to reasonable to use. (Also because our delivery is often late...) Even trying to send this review is frustrating as I get every nickname rejected and rather than just asking for a new nickname, I have to hit send again! You must be using grade school talent as designers.
