Doesn't work with iPhone 7

This app does not work with iPhone 7, even when using the official Lightning to 3.5mm audio jack adapter. Please fix!

This app works for the thermal unit fine on my iPhone SE. However it never prompts for permission to access my photos to save them. I've gone to permissions and privacy in iPhone settings and it isn't even an option. Disappointed in this.

The laser level works on iPad Air 2 but doesn't work on 6s. The AppStore has version 1.33.1 except when you download the app it shows 1.32 instead. Not sure what's going on here. Downloaded it on Jan 25th.
iPhone 6s not supported

Tried to use the laser distance measurer with an iPhone 6s and kept getting errors. Tried all trouble shooting steps, but couldn't get it working. After looking at the phone compatibility chart it doesn't list anything after iPhone 6. How is an app that was just updated not supporting a phone that has been around for 1.5 years?!?!

I called several times and was told each time that the software upgrade was due in a week. Yeah sure. Same answer each call. Tech support answered my email telling how to correct the problem. That didn't work either. Called again. Talked to a gentleman who said he wasn't sure what the problem was but would have tech support call me back. Several days later and no call back. Someone needs to get something done with Ryobiphoneworksteam. How do you sell something that doesn't work.

Waiting for 2 months for a new update!!!!!!!!! Products worked for 1 year!? Bought a new laser tape just in case it was my phone.new out the box it doesnt work. App is broken I want a refund on all these products

I bought the earbuds because my dog ate my ryobi headphones. I saw the app had bad reviews for the headphones and camera but they fixed the headphones for the 6s. Only thring is I hope they let you use the app in sleep mode.

Laser distance measurer no longer works. I can't believe they released an update that stopped a current product from working. They need to get his fixed ASAP!
