Nothing works on iphone 6s. – RYOBI™ Phone Works™ Review

I called several times and was told each time that the software upgrade was due in a week. Yeah sure. Same answer each call. Tech support answered my email telling how to correct the problem. That didn't work either. Called again. Talked to a gentleman who said he wasn't sure what the problem was but would have tech support call me back. Several days later and no call back. Someone needs to get something done with Ryobiphoneworksteam. How do you sell something that doesn't work.
