The app was laggy- it also said that my cruse was over on the first day and did not work-the cruse was awesome but the app was not:(

The app worked flawlessly and was very helpful navigating the ship and boarding with the digital set sail pass. The ships tend to be huge but this app makes the whole experience better. The features such as the dining options were very helpful. 100% recommend this app

I can see my reservation but that is it. My husband also has the app and it works fine on his phone but not mine. The app just tells be to check back later. Please fix this.
Needs Messaging Ability

Carnival and Norwegian offer group messaging within their apps. When you are traveling with a large group with staterooms all over the ship, this makes communication so much easier and the trip more pleasant. Please add this functionality asap.

Was on Liberty of the Sea in November enjoyed so much when I asked daughter if she wanted to go on cruise requested a cruise on LOS her first cruise. To go August 16,2020. Can’t ddd as y enough about the crew and ship. Just thank you.

Love my new app. I am eager to use it on my cruise. If this replaces the paper daily schedule I would love it. Less paper, less waste. Congrats to RCC.
