Amazing!!!

Fuegos gram

I’ve never been on a cruise before and was apprehensive at best. The crew has been over the top to be accommodating to my dietary restrictions (gluten free and vegetarian) and treated me like their most valuable passenger!! Amazing!! Miguel, Rohan and Lorwin in the dining room have been wonderful!! Thank you all so much for making my cruise amazing!!

Highly recommend!!

jillwoman!

Great ship! Great crew! Great food!

Next Cruise Booking incorrect

canttellyoumyname

My Next Cruise open booking that has since been converted to a confirmed booking on Adventure of the Seas is showing as “Next Cruise Itinerary” rather than the sailing description and ship name. And due to that, the booking is not accessible for via the app.

Great

Awesome ‼️

Lacking worthwhile information

Atticus Roark

The only thing thing this app is good for is finding where things are on the ship. There is no calendar of events for the day aside from what you booked online. No ability to reserve dinner and shows. No photos (would be nice for those with limited mobility). How about a clock or the weather forecast? Is tonight formal night? Who knows. Current location would be fun to track. Where are the bathrooms? Never mind the lost opportunity of selling future cruises, advantages of suites, etc.

Doesn’t have ship

Mattdogg1223

Very disappointed this doesn’t have explorer of the seas on it. I was looking forward to using this app in May. Guess this is worthless now.

Not working

SgtGranny

Request to review popped up in the middle of my unsuccessful attempt to check in. Can’t complete second person and it keeps tell me try again later. No guidance on what’s wrong.

Its a trap!!!

daniel colin myers

We went on a company trip like we do twice a year! We spent $1100 on a drink package! I was at a bar on the ship and was told I couldn’t drink anymore so I went to guest services just to be told I have reached my limit! When I went on I talk with them they wouldn’t credit me any just said oh well !!We spend $20,000 a year on trips of this nature I can promise you this will be the last time on this cruise line! Norwegian is a Better cruise line book with them!!

It’s a good start
