Check in doesn’t work. I’ve deleted several apps to free up Space but doesn’t make a difference

This is the dumbest apt ever. Who picks a ship before knowing what the itinerary is? It does not give you tools to make decision. I have deleted it.

The minute I took the time to call and schedule my cruise for January/February I was impressed with the service I received. I ended up talking to several different people but each one of them really helped me figure out every detail. This will be our first cruise and they took care of any questions I had. They were helpful and caring. I appreciate everything they did for me. Looking forward to our first cruise….

I’ve updated my app and when I open the app it says update app at the bottom and won’t let me proceed and takes me to app store abs just says open. viscous cycle

I’m unable to scroll up toward the beginning hours of each day. So it looks like one of my excursions isn’t listed. I’m hoping it’s on there. Frustrating.
Not Ready for Prime Time

A fair start but needs refinement. Too many minor issues to document here. An example: wife and I booked using same credit card; one cabin. Our separate apps will not consolidate our ship spending on the cruise. She was allocated some credits and expenses while I was allocated others. No way to merge the accounts into one. We, thus, have two accounts for each trip and we want one! Define user “accounts” better on the app. Our ship spending should be one consolidated number, not two separate and different numbers. Other examples: show where ship is at any given time; enable dinner and excursion reservations through the app; show comprehensive past RCC travel history for users; and many more. While not an app issue, since Celebrity and RC share a parent, merge the accounts into a single app and give customers cross credit for bookings on either. This app could be MUCH better and far more user friendly!

Doesn’t really work on ipad.

App gets stuck on pages you navigate to like the deck map. You cannot exit the page. Have to delete app and reinstall. Same thing happens. Seems to work fine on my iphone.
