This is an unforgiving app. Place information ln wrong place becomes almost unchangeable. also cost to use as communication among your party on ship, unlike some other careers.

Checking in was very well organized. The process moved us through lines smoothly! First time in a mini suite. It is fabulous!! Thanks to my guy for upgrades!! We love Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines!! Met our room attendant, he is so helpful, as always it is going to be another wonderful cruise!

Missing activity listings in “My Calendar”
Big time ripoff
Contacted RC three times to find out why not all of my activities are showing. Also missing my cabin mates (same booking number) aren’t showing up at all. Still haven’t heard back from them.

The app use to be ok minus the chat not working the best but now I can’t even check in anymore. I’ve gotten several emails time to check in & I've tried uninstalling the app several times but I continuously get the spinning anchor of death!

I typed most of my personal info to check in. When I came back it was all gone except for the selfie. So I had to re enter everything again. Wasted time.
App keeps telling me to update -

I updated the app today, but I still can’t do anything. Every time I try to open it, the app says I need to update. I go to the App Store and it tells me I’m up to date! Not happy!
