While filling out my husband’s info, it switched back to my info (which was completed). I had just taken his security photo and cannot go further.

App could be better

BW 521

Layout needs to be better to navigate. Feature activities more prominently since that’s probably the main benefit of the app while onboard. Text notices from others in our family on the ship weren’t coming through either but that’s not as big of a deal as the other parts of navigating the app

Easy to Use

LLBeards

This App seems to be very user friendly. I’m not a techie, so I really appreciate that.

Terrible service

?????

I just upgraded my family phones to iPhone 13 and we waited in the long line just to find out the apples privacy restrictions don’t let you chat on the app. So we had to end up buying the voom (internet on the ship). I blame royal Caribbean for false advertising.

Overkill

Calls not Blocked

Way too much overkill on the China virus requirements having to show proof of documentation over, and over. The parking company provided very poor instruction about dropping off luggage and where to park, etc. Some of the security people were not friendly at all, but the Royal Caribbean representatives were all very friendly.

Love the app

Tillmom

This is the best thing to get ready for our cruise. With so much going on it is great to have all the information at your fingertips!

Needs some work

Pengo win

It’s a nice app but would be better if screen could rotate. It would also be nice to see my stateroom location on the deck maps

RCL phone App

Ducky57

This is a EXCELLENT app when you are on board your ship. Gives you detailed information about your plans and also what is happening on the ship.

Linked reservations glitches

Cruise Reviewer

I am currently on Freedom and linked to another reservation. When I try to complete my health questions for the next cruise (sailing back to back cruises) I first of all have to use a VPN to access the check in section but then I only see the other person’s check in information and not mine. Yet my set sail pass is there. So I can answer the health questions for the other reservation but not my own. The same thing happened last month on the Independence.

Downloaded app preparing for first cruise in May.
