Really bad company, stay away

They removed my profile because one sitter tried to force a leash on my dog and my dog bit him, and they send a rude email saying their decision is final. I had a bunch of successful sitters and walks and got banned from one bad rover sitter, total nonsense. They just made me an advocate on how much they don’t care about their customers. This will not stop here.

I’ve been with Rover for almost 2 full years and it’s a exceptional company with exceptional customer service support... when I call in I sometimes get the same service rep which I think is awesome Because it’s like we have a service relationship and it adds to my peace of mins knowing that the service rep has my and the clients best interest at Best .. Thanks so much Ricky

I love my animals and finding a person to sit them is scary! Just like finding a baby sitter, I want my fur babes to be in the best care!! Rover has DELIVERED!! I love it! My animals are so happy with the sitters!

App could be better

The app is simple & gets the job done. That being said, I could run a little smoother. Also, I always feel like 90% of potential clients are flagged for suspicious activity’s.
Service is great, app needs improvement

We love Rover as a service. However, the app needs improvement. The menus and options for requesting a service and communicating to the potential dogsitter leave you scratching your head and forced to do work arounds. Simple things like, if my dog is a puppy, but the dogsitter doesn’t accept puppies... why does the app make you go through the whole process of menus and submitting your message and then right at the end it’s like “oh btw, they don’t accept puppies so you just wasted your time.” Overall, the menus and request for service needs to be flushed out.
Raising prices.

We have had our prices raised by you several times. We have to make the difference up with the owner. I have written you, you have chosen not to respond. You have a wonderful program, we have had much success with owners, we do not like the communication end of it. Are we happy for everything else absolutely. Happy tails bed and biscuit

My fiancé and I started boarding dogs because we wanted to see if we were really up for having a dog if our own. We loved caring for others dogs so much we’ve continued to do it and we’re making money to put towards our wedding.
