I love the idea but app keeps crashing on me

I got one notification and I was trying to reply but I wasn’t able to through the app. I am not able to mark the days when im available, I can’t update the schedule nor respond to pet parents, please fix that as soon as possible. Thank you

The format is easy to use. I’ve had great luck on several uses and the 1 “bad experience “ was made right by Rover.
Worst walkers ever

I’ve used rover 4 times. 3 of 4 times I had an unprofessional, frustrating and at times SCARY experience. My dog straight up went missing for 4 hours once and Rover has zero urgency to fix the situation. These walkers are armatures and a joke. If you care about the safety and well-being of your dog & home, do NOT book via Rover.

I’m from Florida and we have used Rover before. We were in a pinch and after careful selection we chose Kristen. She is the most amazing Rover sitter ever. Frequent updates and pictures we over and above any other fur baby nanny from Rover. Her genuine love and care for our fur babies- made me feel at ease when we had do extend our stay. I would highly recommend her for all your needs. She can handle anything you need for all your pet needs. I’m grateful Rover selects just the right people to entrust our baby will. Thank you Rover and Kristen for an amazing job. :) This Floridian is heading home today. Happy New Year

Sometimes the cards don’t send and they won’t all day. This makes it hard when you have two or more visits in a day.

Christina was great with Sophie & Sophie was very content in their beautiful home. Christina was even nice enough to send me pics during her stay since I was a nervous “1st time Rover Experience” Mom! ?. Christina & her husband made it a great one! Thank you.

I have always pet sat by word of mouth, but this app allowed me to completely broaden my range for clients! I love it! I work full time and pet-sit part time, and love it. The app is great, though the only downside is the amount of money the app takes per booking I have (20%). I do set my own rates and it gets very detailed, which is a great thing because there are a lot of variables for pet sitting !
App is Kind of Confusing

That’s it... the app is kind of confusing. But other than that, I like that if someone messages you on the app you can reply to it via text.
Still not fixed! System audio stops on app open

I listen to podcasts and music all of the time. When I click on the rover app to open it, the audio stops playing. Once in the app I can get the audio playing again. Audio just cuts out every time I open the app. I’ve tried several different music/podcast apps and it all does the same thing. Support suggested my phone didn’t have enough space? 256GB iPhone XS, with 75% free space. Don’t think that’s the issue. Also, it’s EVERY time I open the app, regardless of whether I last opened it 30 seconds, or 30 minutes ago. Honestly if I didn’t make my living from this app, this bug is annoying enough that I would never use it.
