I am so disappointed. I have been trying to use this app for the last week but no matter what I do I can’t get the alarm to actually go off!

This app is supposed to be an alarm clock but the alarms didn't even go off for me. I'm disappointed. This app has true potential but isn't doing the one thing it's meant to do.

Thank goodness I set a backup alarm, because this app doesn’t work at all. Instead of an alarm, all you get is a banner notification. App deleted.

Only getting a banner notification

The alarm doesn’t go off; all I get is a banner notification. Once I click on the notification, the alarm sounds and I do the puzzle but that’s useless since I’m already awake by they. It’s a cool idea but it needs to reliably go off at the set time.

I downloaded this app about a week ago and so far I’ve been less than ten minutes late for work everyday ? this is a huge improvement. It’s worked as it’s supposed to every morning. However, I don’t utilize DND at night due to being such a heavy sleeper. Also, the games where you’re supposed to blow on your mic don’t work for me, and those would be the most helpful. I think it has something to do with my phone case, but overall I wish it had the option to be more sensitive maybe? Because the case is non negotiable lol

Let me start by saying I love this concept. However, I’m a bit confused. I tested the games out yesterday and the alarm was going off fine. I set my alarm for 8:00 the next morning and was excited to try it. The alarm didn't go off until 8:47 (luckily it was Saturday and I didn’t have anywhere to be). I will say that the game I played definitely woke me up - it was a struggle and my still half asleep self yelled a curse word loudly which my boyfriend thought was pretty funny. Unfortunately, right after completing the game and locking my phone the alarm started again, and I had to do the game *again.* Thinking I was finally done, the alarm went off once more and after that time I had to delete the alarm. I really hope the developers can solve these issues because I struggle to wake up in the mornings and that was the first time in a long time that an alarm actually worked for me.

FOR EVERYONE WONDERING HOW TO GET THIS APP TO ACTUALLY RING WITH MORE THAN A BANNER: just keep the app open/pulled up on your phone and then lock it. Then the actual alarm sound rings in the morning instead of just the banner with the small ding. Make sure your settings are set to persistent banner style for the app too. It’s not a big deal to have the app open all night. You can still lock your screen. Just open the app quick before bed and then lock your screen or let it naturally lock and you’re good to go! Took me forever to scroll through reviews to find this out. Goodness. Hope this helps some people out. Works GREAT when it works like this! :) 1 Corinthians 6:19-20
