So much potential, just too buggy

I really really adore the alarms in this app and how creative it is, but its so awfully buggy when it comes to execution! Not one of the alarms worked, even with ringer on and dnd off. I’m just so, so upset at this alarm & I really hope it comes around eventually because I’d adore a proper working one like this!

I set 3 alarms for this morning and woke an hour late, discovering it was doing VERY quiet “pre-alarm” notifications that I had to acknowledge before the actual alarms triggered. One and done. Deleted. Bleh.

I set this and noticed that the API doesn’t work like a real phone alarm. I simply set another alarm on my phone to go off at the same time. One gets my attention, and this fantastic app stimulates me awake. I cannot wake up from media or I will get distracted. I love this. Please make more!

there is no ‘alarm’ sound to wake you up!

which completely defeats the purpose of an alarm, am i right? just a banner notification and once you open the app the alarm sounds, which makes no sense. thankfully i set my old alarm as backup! what a disappointment.

Falls short of potential

Just like many have already said- this app has so much potential! I gave it three nights hoping the alarm not going off was just user error. This morning however it went off (I had to leave the app open all night) but I had to unlock my phone to access it and then the mini game stopped after 3 seconds- not giving me the time to wake up with it as is intended. It also did not override my Spotify and so the alarm and the music were playing at the same time- not pleasant.

I downloaded this as it was featured on the alarm app section. The ‘alarm’ portion was a text message with my text message sound. Why did this not work as an alarm when I chose the sound alert? Apparently the sound alert was for when I was playing whatever game they chose for me. That doesn’t make sense. I need an alarm to wake me up not a text message. I’m deleting

I really like the app and the interface and all the games. I have not encountered any weird bugs or anything. But like many before me, I downloaded this hoping it was a true alarm. If this app can go beyond a banner notification and really become an alarm, I will be over the moon.

My review is pretty simple. My alarm was set for 5:45. I woke up at 7:16. The only time the app functioned was when I specifically went in and clicked on my alarm. Could not even play the games to get rid of the alarm. I had to delete the app to stop the alarm, and you should delete it as well. A very trashy app that didn’t work.

I’m reading reviews from over a year ago about the same issues I have with the app now. Where is the support for this app? Where are the developers? Don’t you see that people say it’s a great app and has great potential? The execution, like stated by others is just not good. I really want this app to work, but it’s just useless as it sits and it needs a major overhaul

This app used to work really well for me but today it not only didn’t go off with the same settings I had used before, once I was awake and up it glitched. The alarm went off over and over asking me to repeat the task, even after I completed it. I tried shutting off the instances of the app and it kept sending banner notifications. I had to delete and I think I’ll look into other options for alarm clock solutions. Overall, I think it’s just outdated with the new iOS systems.
