Separate Mobile and desktop app settings

The app seems to work fine as far as making and receiving calls is concerned. My biggest issue, is there is no way to have calls ring on your desktop app and not the mobile app as well. The settings are linked together. So every time you receive a phone call it rings on the desktop app and the mobile app. There are suggestions on their website on how to fix this but they do not work.

Been a user for over 1 year. Being able have my clients text to my former land line number is a game changer. As is being able to receive a voicemail, read it, and instantly text back from the app on my phone or computer. This service is everything promised.

I created a RingCentral account to host meetings for various events and people and wanted to try out a different platform than zoom. So I came across RingCentral and on the surface it seemed to be a great alternative to Zoom, and I became even more interested upon finding out that it was like a brother zoom-having all the same features and being “powered by zoom.” So I made an account, tried to start a meeting but was prompted to download RingCentrals “Meetings App.” So I did. Tried to log in and kept getting error message saying my account doesn’t exist; so I go back to the RingCentral app get into my settings and turn on the option to host meetings from the RingCentral app itself ultimately bypassing the need for the meetings app. Cool! So I host a meeting and I find that neither I nor my participants can send messages to each other. ??‍♂️ So I open the web browser and navigate to the website thinking It has to do with my account settings. I try to login and again I get hit with the “No such account exist” message. So I try to create a new one and now they’re trying to charge me for a monthly or yearly membership when the membership was previously free. I check my email for confirmation and come to find out my account is owned by some website called Glip, not RingCentral and for some reason they aren’t integrated with the RingCentral app. Long story short. Don’t waste your time. Download: Whereby. Jitsi meet. Zoom or any other platform. Just don’t download this sham of a App

I wish I’d get a notification on my Apple Watch when getting a call or something.. I tend to leave my phone somewhere and if it would ping my watch to tell me I’m getting a call that would be amazing! Other than that still missing some features from the old app awaiting those to cross over

To cancel it they will ask you private personal information,credit card picture credit card numbers credit card 3 digit security code.adress and bank information.i just don’t want to use I don’t want to pay for it just cancel it.i don’t want to spend to you 34$ every month just cancel it and that’s it.

Just downloaded it since I used to use it for another job and I know all of its kinks - figured why go elsewhere? But I just downloaded it and there is ZERO navigation help about setting up your account, getting a business phone number, making a payment, etc. I have the app on my phone- great. Now what? Pls help

The app is useless. I receive an alert (I.e my phone actually rings) about 10% of the time. I miss most calls, not because I’m not available but because there are 1,000 excuses. Horrible app. Waste of time and money.

It appears you’ve updated your app and as a result, I am receiving notifications for all my fellow staff members’ meetings which is not at all helpful. How can this be resolved? I tried to “Report issue” within the app, but a bug prevents users from being able to send in the problem. There are better solutions and providers out there. Not sure why I’ve remained with RingCentral this long.

No telephone button/tab at the bottom of the screen!

There's no phone button on the lower task bar, can't make a call ANYWHERE in the app! I'll be happy to show you a screen shot. Useless application.
