I’ve been using this app for six months and it’s been great for work. All of a sudden, I’ve stopped getting my notifications, which is detrimental to my work. I didn’t change anything in my settings in the app or on my phone, and my notifications just stopped appearing. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded the app, and still nothing. Please make this fix as this is crucial for communication while working remotely.

Nice to have the ability to have a “landline” on your iPhone. However, incoming phone calls 1) barely show up 2) missed calls do not identify the number 3) serious delay on missed phone calls 4) serious delay on voicemails. As this is meant to protect the private mobile numbers of staff, we really rely on this to be effective to we can function in our customer service capacity and it makes it difficult to do so.

Please show the number calling in caller Id. It just shows a city.

Would like to be able to connect my Outlook calendar to RingCentral similar to how it works on the computer app. I don’t like that the notification badges on the app always say “2” inaccurately. I think that should be fixed.

You can NEVER reach Customer Support (either by phone or chat). I have tried more than Six times. Impossible to reset Acct password, in general, I am so frustrated with their present level of Customer support that I have cancelled my account. Be cautious on this one, folks!
Poor revoews blocked
There is so much wrong with this product that I don’t know where to begin. Difficult to use, unhelpful support, conflicts between the app and web browser. Someone else in my office selected this company, but I pay the bills and it will be frog-marched out the door.

The RC phone app has a much better layout for phone calling however it is more unstable than the RIngCentral app.

The app and desktop software is needlessly difficult to use. And the customer service is awful. You can not get someone on the phone, all you can do is leave a message and they never call back. Or you can talk to a bot who will take your number and then never get a call back. Also fax service is awful. Stay away.

Can’t change a profile picture for the life of me. This is important because it is the default picture our clients see. Spoken with 2 tech support agents AND followed the advice from their website but still it can’t be changed. This is supposed to be a technology company but they can’t fix this simple issue. 1 star I don’t get why the developer response is to get in contact with the team. As I’ve stated before, I’ve done this THREE times. Not once were they able to remedy the issue in an easy manner. They had to delete my entire account and create a new one. I lost all my saved messages. Stop referring your customers to your email support line who will proceed to state: ‘This is a known issue, we are working on it,’ AND JUST FIX THE ISSUE.

I use this app for work, and it is the best tool I have used to work more efficiently. I can use the app on my phone or on my desktop, allowing me to work from anywhere. The customizable settings also help with my day to day. I enjoy all the fun chat functions as well! Could not live without this app!
