In the past I had no issue getting gift cards. The beginning of November 2021 I redeemed 30,000 points (took about a year to earn) for a guaranteed prize $25 Amazon gift card. I still have not received my gift card. I have tried to contact their customer service three times, each time they responded “we will get back to you within 72 hours”. Then I get a second email saying my “case has been closed because it is a duplicate or it was closed over 30 days ago”. Issue of why gift card was never sent is never addressed.

Used to be called panel app and ever since every thing switched to four square it’s been a pain. I still have not received my rewards from September when I cashed out. They responded to my previous negative review telling be to contact them through the same system I had already gone through. Guess what still no response. This app should be removed from the App Store and play store since they are no longer legit.

This app use to be great. Redeemed gift cards a few times a year. Then it stopped tracking me properly, and now it won’t even open. Will be deleting if not fixed.

This app used to be good when I first started using it a few years ago. I would cash in my points and get the reward that day or the next. Not anymore. I cashed in my points at the beginning of December and I still haven’t received it. I’ve contacted them twice and nothing. Definitely done with this app.
There are no rewards to redeem.

About a year ago, the awards for redeeming do not show. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restored my phone, and contacted panel app. Panel Apps support team was not very helpful is extremely slow to respond. I continue to use the app in hopes that the issue will be resolved, but after a year, I am doubting if it will be resolved. Unfortunately I do have points to redeem, but it seems I will never be able to redeem them. I will update this review if the issue is EVER resolved. As far as collecting points to redeem, yes, it is slow, but it is free. A bigger blow to the app is how slow and uninterested their support team is to resolve issues.

UPDATE: I did receive my award. Thank you for your diligence is getting the problem resolved. On September 9th I earned a $25 Amazon Gift card. Under FAQs, it states it will take 1-2 weeks for you to receive your reward. It is now been a month and I still have not received my reward. I have sent 3 emails only to receive the traditional email sent out via support. I’m still waiting to hear back from you and to receive my reward. I have decided to delete the app from my phone and lose whatever points I have earned to date. You were better before you switched over. I’m disappointed and frustrated because I had over 30,000 points earned so I could earn this reward. You get one star rating from me on this. I hope others have not gone through this like I have. On the app it doesn’t show my previous reward points at all. I sent another email to support about 3 weeks ago and never heard back from anyone.

I thoroughly enjoy racking up points for gift cards. I just wish you were able to gain more points aside from traveling/moving/driving because it takes a WHILE to accumulate enough points to get a small gift card guarantee. That’s my only complaint!! Other than that, I enjoy taking its surveys and racking up on gift cards when I can!!

I have cashed out on October 2021 and December 2021 for amazon cards. Never got them and they dont respond to emails. App was great when it was Panel app but went downhill. Many people have complained about same thing happening to them. Do t do this app??
