Reward not paid out

I redeemed a reward a month ago and it says 1-2 weeks. I have yet to receive it. I emailed support for help a week ago and was told someone would respond within 72 hours and i have yet to hear. And now i see others have posted the same. I’ve used this app for years and previously had no issue when owned by panel. I see now it is not worth using and needs to be deleted i guess… don’t waste your time.

Why did you stop actually sending out the rewards? I’ve had this app for over a year and religiously submit the surveys. I’ve reached out to customer service several times and never get a response. What’s going on?

This app is a joke. You spend so much time and get nothing in return. Terrible customer service, the LONGEST wait time to get my gift card that I saved up for. Don’t get this app!! Developer, don’t you dare reply telling me to get a hold of you. I’ve done that before and got no response ?

The app itself functions fine and hasn’t really changed much since being taken over by Foursquare. However I finally got 30,000 points to redeem for an Amazon gift card and I’ve been waiting 2 months and still haven’t received anything. I contacted support twice now with no response. Don’t waste your time doing their surveys because you won’t get anything out of it.

I did a reward back on December 13 and to date never received gift card. I sent a message several times and heard noting back. Just went on app today and the reward is not there.

They stole my reward card. I waited over a month and my reward never came. I kept emailing them without any response back, then all a a sudden my reward visa is gone. THEY STOLE MY MONEY!!!

Since it changed names the do not pay off the rewards I have been waiting for 2 months and now the do not even return my email DON’T WASTE YOU TIME THEY ARE A SCAM so I reported them to the BBB so the BBB emails me that they contacted me and resolved the issue they did not so they are also lied to get them to close out the complaint but I replied they did no such thing I did the work pay up the reward or close up shop I think the employees are taking the rewards Stay away from these SCAMMERS UPDATE SO YOU MAKE A BIG DEAL ABOUT REACHING OUT TO ALL THE PEOPLE YOU HAVE RIPPED OFF ASKING US TO REACH OUT SO YOU CAN FIX IT STILL NO RESOLUTION SO YOU ARE STILL A BIG SCAMMER NOT SURE HOW APPLE LETS YOU KEEP THE APP UP

I cashed in points for a $25 visa gift card. Never hit it. Contacted support 3 times. No response. Very disappointed.

I have earned $75 in gift cards but have yet to see them. I reached out to the support site and they responded they could not find my account with the email address I have registered with Foursquare. They asked me for any other email addresses I might have. I gave them our joint family email and an old work email address (that I can’t access anymore). Over several weeks now I have had no reply at all. I send in another support request and got an automated email to get back to me in 72 hours. I’m still waiting. Update, not quite sure the company looked at my post closely as the reply made no sense! I liked the app and doing the surveys as it appeared to be an easy was to get some Amazon gift cards. Im still holding out hope this will be fixed and I’ll get the gift cards. I have moved on to another survey site until that time. Having instant rewards would fix these problems.

This is a scam .Do NOT waste your time on this app.I have been waiting for my gift card since November.I have sent nine emails to the company and customer service is no help whatsoever.
