Not worth your time

I never had issues with this app when it was the Panel App, but now that it has switched over to new branding, it's basically a gimmick. Redeeming rewards is nearly impossible for several reasons: the in app contact for support doesn't work, I had to email them from an external source, they took two months to reply to me, and when they finally did the they sent the wrong gift card and the code I received didn't work. This app isn't worth the space it takes up on your phone anymore.

I’ve used this app for years it usually takes a year to get enough points for a $25 gift card and before I’ve never had any problems until this year I redeemed for a gift card and it’s already 2 months and haven’t received it. I’ve sent several emails and as of now now response. I have no choice but to uninstall.

Horrible customer service and and a scam

I redeemed my points for a gift card to Amazon. It has been over 3 weeks and still have not received my gift card. I sent a message for assistance and was told I would receive some sort of answer in 72 hours. 7 days later, not a word.

Few notifications, some TapResearch pts don’t get added

Wish there more prompt notficications for regular in-app surveys. I have also noticed that lately I’ll spend time on a survey, get my points, click “redeem”, but then when I go back to the main page, those points don’t get counted as part of my total?

This app is a scam it doesn’t pay out. I found several other legit apps that do pay you. Don’t download waste of time.

I used to love this app. I've used it for almost a year by now, and during the past 11 months it was amazing. BUT, the app has clearly become completely broken. Now the app fully okay with fraudulently stealing my information by letting me answer surveys without rewarding me a single penny!! Today now marks the fourth day in a row where I completed at least three different surveys, yet was awarded EXACTLY ZERO POINTS EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!!!!!!!!!! And yes, I have the latest, updated version of the app, and am using it on an iPhone that's only a year old. So obviously it has nothing to do with anything on my end. As such, unless the jerks behind this app actually make it start functioning again (and preferably reward me for all the hard work I put in over the past week answering questions), then I will likely hire one of my past classmates from Cornell Law School to bring them to justice, including potential jail time.

I thought this app was the coolest thing ever... SO simple to earn a gift card just for letting them ask you a question where you were once a day.. it seemed so simple & great! And so, we let our points build up to 30,000 to be able to cash out a $25 Amazon gift card... And on November 17th, we had enough & did just that—- we cashed out for the $25 Amazon card! It said it will be there in a few days.... and here we are on December 17th, a full month later, & they still haven’t sent the gift card. They also will not respond to any attempt to contact them about it either. This is messed up, y’all. Going to be updating folks to stop using the app & contacting the BBB about y’all. This card was to buy our niece her birthday presents & that went over amazingly, as I am sure you can imagine. >:( Don’t download this app, y’all. You are wasting your time. I would give this company negative stars if possible. Also, if y’all ever make good on your end, I will gladly change this rating. I don’t expect to hear a peep from you though. About like all the emails I have sent to you & the messages through the app that keep being “closed” due to “duplicate messages”.

I’ve been waiting on my reward for 6 weeks now the support said they’ll get back to me within 72 hours weeks ago and nothing!! Easy to earn the points but don’t expect to actually get your gift

I have had this app for several years. Requested to cash out my points, per email I received I would be mailed my gift card. I waited over 2 months before contacting support. Auto reply stated I’d receive a response within 72 hours. Still nothing. I went online to further peruse and again not no where. The app is easy to use but pointless as you will not receive the pay out. Waste of my time. Extremely disappointed.
