They promise rewards but never deliver and you can’t get help with it.

I’ve completed surveys for this company for over a year. Around the end of last year I cashed in points for a gift card which I never received. I emailed the company who apologized for the oversight & promptly emailed me another which I found out was ‘expired’. When I brought it to their attention, I received an email advising that they were awaiting a response from IT … I haven’t heard back from them even after asking for an update. At this point just keep the points/gift card. I’d rather submit surveys to companies who don’t forget to send rewards or sends expired rewards ✌?

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I have had this app for years and have had no problems redeeming but it seem sine the change everything has gone down hill. I redeemed for a $25 visa since 12/10 and as off today 1/9 nothing. Multiple email and support request and nothing. It was good while it lasted. Deleting

How are they STILL pushing out updates but not paying out sweepstakes rewards? This is a SCAM, is illegal and should not be allowed to stay up on here. Edit. I was the October ps5 winner and never received the prize but there was a positive resolution, hopefully the app turns it around…

False advertising

I redeemed my points in December for a $25 gust card. I never received it and all attempts to contact support have been ignored. Very unhappy. This is fraudulent.

SCAM: Years of Tracking for NOTHING

I spent years letting this app track me and finally earned 30,000 for a guaranteed gift card. Never got it. Reached out to support and they told me to uninstall and reinstall the app and that should fix my issues?????? Total scam.

Emailed three times reviewed twice it’s obvious u just want our data not to pay out after years of Been a member for years panel app I saved my points to redeem $5 Amazon sure enough redeemed in Nov 2021 & never received it support never answered back despite being patient n kind now I find u delete my review why because you enjoy having users but not paying out nope . Not right panel app was great in past . Sadly needs lot work now what good is app update if you cheat ur loyal members ??? No response from app support or developers but if it was reported to App Store apple or what then I bet they would. .

I waited the 2 week period to receive my gift card. I emailed customer support. No response. I’ve never waited more than a couple of days before Foursquare took this over.
