No gift card :( – Rewards - Prizes & Rewards Review

In the past I had no issue getting gift cards. The beginning of November 2021 I redeemed 30,000 points (took about a year to earn) for a guaranteed prize $25 Amazon gift card. I still have not received my gift card. I have tried to contact their customer service three times, each time they responded “we will get back to you within 72 hours”. Then I get a second email saying my “case has been closed because it is a duplicate or it was closed over 30 days ago”. Issue of why gift card was never sent is never addressed.
