Horrible customer service

Finally cashed out 30000 points for a $25 Amazon gift card. Never got sent my gift card! Contacted tech support they cancelled my issue my gift card redemption was removed from my prize list and my points were not refunded!!

I saved up 30,000 points and bought a gift card. It’s been almost a month and still haven’t gotten the prize and even tried emailing them about it. None of my points have been returned either. Waste of my time. Not sure how this app has such a high rating on the App Store

I worked and worked, did a bunch of surveys and finally got enough points for a $25 Visa card and waited for it to come to my email...needless to say it never showed up. I've contacted support numerous times and no one will contact me back. I spent a lot of my time doing these surveys and am very frustrated at this point. I would be willing to change my rating if someone would contact me and make things right.

They don’t honor your rewards. Nor does anyone ever get back to you with an answer. Your rewards just go away. Again don’t use this app.

I have been using this app for a couple of years, use to get my gift cards on time, mind you I save them up to help with Christmas for the kids. Still waiting for my gift card over 3 weeks now. Contacted support twice even escalated my request. Nada, nothing, no response!
