Horrible customer service – Rewards - Prizes & Rewards Review

Finally cashed out 30000 points for a $25 Amazon gift card. Never got sent my gift card! Contacted tech support they cancelled my issue my gift card redemption was removed from my prize list and my points were not refunded!!
