No customer service, phone number does nothing.

Bad app - save your time

I don’t know how it’s possible that a financial institution has no customer service phone number. When you do find a phone number, it’s all automated with no actual confirmation. The company directs you to post information in their Facebook group which then lets people know you have an account with them and now people have personal information about you as well. How is this even possible? This violates so many financial regulations and I have zero clue how the company hasn’t even considered having an internal compliance / regulatory / legal review team to look at these things before a massive lawsuit. Good luck!

Trust is gone and I don’t know where my money was sent to 4 numbers was added to the account the money was supposed to go. 2nd transfer no confirmation email sent


Can’t transfer easily

One of the best features of this app for me was the ability to “add money” from a different Bank account. All of a sudden this function started giving an error that hasn’t been fixed. Big deal if Revolut is trying to make banking easier...


They can’t solve problem when you can’t access to your old number

I have no access to the old number and I’ve submitted my passport and have been verified and still they asked me to typed the password and get the verified code from my old number. Worst experience ever.

I'm a well educated software engineer. Even I have issues logging in. I rotate through a few 4-digit pins. For some reason the pin I entered was wrong, which I was locked out for two minutes. Rather than wait 2 minutes, I did a reset pin. When I reset the pin, it said please don't use the same pin. WELL IF IT WAS THE PREVIOUS PIN, THAT MEANS I GOT THE PIN RIGHT DURING THE FIRST ATTEMPT! Anyways, I reset it to a new pin. Then it asked me to take a few selfies. Then when I tried logging in again, my new pin didn't work, but my old pin worked. This is so frustrating. I just want to give on this app. Please relax the security measures. It's hindering the UX so much

This app is a little slow

First, it asks you what country you are in. Then collects your address to finally inform you that services are not provided in the country. Like, you did hope till the last moment that country will change or you will extend your presence by the moment I am done entering the address, ok.
