Revolut holds my incoming transfers from my lawyer and asks for documents that do not exist.

This is an app with security issues. Shame on me, I gave all my personal info including SSN, but they put me in a waiting list which more than 7K people in front of me which is a great lie.

Never had so many problems with a banking app

Wouldn’t accept my ID verification for weeks. Finally get through and find out you can’t pay most foreign merchants online because many require a billing address in the local country. Not to mention adding money in USD is repeatedly declined by my US bank as fraud - not sure why this happens with Revolut since I’ve never had trouble adding money to PayPal. As far as I can tell the only use for Revolut is paying merchants in person while travelling to get a good exchange rate and avoid carrying lots of cash. But it doesn’t work with Apple Pay. I’m not sure if it’s worth the time and hassle to be honest

hello i have truso this company and putting funds on it but after a couple of days they have blocked my account and telling me to prouve my identity such thing i have do it and have send it all the requirements but unfortunately they tell me to wait for the review to finish.. and after 18 days they answer me by automatic answers and telling my to more wait for the review i have funds blocked on my account this is the badest experience i have affronted with financial company of that kind . are they a scammers? i still ask my self such questions because is to much time i have waiting and still haven’t any answers from them

No cards for month in the US

Waiting for months and still no cards(metal or premium) this is inacceptable. No cryptos so basically just sending money to other revolut accounts.

Account has been suspended for two months. Customer service incompetent. You can’t even write to the CEO as their email address has been removed from websites. Checkout #RevolutScam on Twitter.

Extremely Glitchy Compared to TransferWise

How can you call yourselves a top-tier global payments fintech company when you’re unable to transfer my money into my bank account from my Revolut account balance. For 5 days now, the excuse has been that you’re having issues with your payment processor—a third party company. Why would you opt to initiate operation without ensuring the competency of your payment processing company—the backbone of any international bank transfer service? Furthermore, I cannot stand that the only way to get in touch is through the app’s live chat. I’ve had problems with the app preventing me from being able to login and use the chat function. There should be a phone number to speak to a customer service agent (such as is offered by TransferWise), but there is not. As a registered financial services company, you have an obligation to make my money accessible to me upon request. You’ve failed in this obligation to a remarkable extent. I will be using TransferWise instead of Revolut once I finally manage to get my monies cleared out of my account balance. Furthermore, the app is meant to provide account details (bank account numbers, etc) for currency accounts so you can transfer in funds using bank transfer rather than always having to rely on debit card top-ups. Rather, no currency accounts have account details provided. AVOID if ever want to see your money again after depositing. I don’t even know how this company is still permitted to operate and hasn’t been shut down by the financial conduct authority...

Very happy with the app and my account thus far. Regarding the app, Ive been utilizing the budgeting feature and have some notes: If I change my budget for one month the app automatically changes my budget for the previous months as well. Fortunately, I’m able to personally keep track of when I do and do not stay under budget, but it would be nice if the budgeting feature took this into consideration. Also regarding budgeting and accepting payments from friends: it would be nice if you could assign the payments from friends to say, a restaurant charge. I’ve begun avoiding paying the bill with friends because it messes up my restaurant budget in the app. It would be cool if I could pay for a table of four, have my three friends pay me, then assign those payments to that restaurant charge. The app has all sorts of bells and whistles I don’t bother using. As the savings feature isn’t interest-bearing I don’t bother using it. I also don’t use the cryptocurrency feature since it seems pretty pointless when you can use other crypto-dedicated apps. I also don’t understand the donation feature—I just donate to organizations directly. I really think they should just focus on making the existing tools work extremely well with what makes Revolut unique and interesting, rather than bloat the app and the service in an attempt at appealing to everyone and no one.

They have blocked thousands of users out of their accounts with zero communication or providing even basic customer support to all these users. You suddenly wont be able to trade, use your card, access your account etc and NO one will ever tell you if your money is at least secured. Unacceptable service that an actual bank would never do
