No customer service, phone number does nothing. – Revolut: Send, spend and save Review

I don’t know how it’s possible that a financial institution has no customer service phone number. When you do find a phone number, it’s all automated with no actual confirmation. The company directs you to post information in their Facebook group which then lets people know you have an account with them and now people have personal information about you as well. How is this even possible? This violates so many financial regulations and I have zero clue how the company hasn’t even considered having an internal compliance / regulatory / legal review team to look at these things before a massive lawsuit.
