Super convenient, plus no convenience fees!

I am always hesitant with these types of apps. The convenience fees annoy the heck out of me. This app was extremely easy to setup. It is extremely easy to use. The best part is that there aren’t any convenience fees.

I love this app. It is so convenient to be able to handle everything through this one app. I will not chose an apartment unless they provide an online portal to pay my rent. So I have experience with different apps, so far this is one of the best. I love when it notifies me that the maintenance request has been pick up and which maintenance person picked it up. But I agree it’s only good if the property uses it correctly.

I think the app is great and all but I think it would be nice to be able to do partial payments within the app.

I stay at a somewhat pricey location, and this makes it a lot easier than writing a check because my bank clears internet transactions immediately. Plus I never forget when my rent is due or the amount because it keeps me informed, really enjoy this app.
