Not working, not useful

Can’t re-link account says the app might be out of date. Deleted messages reappear the next session. This app is not worth the time when it’s much easier to contact management directly

It’s refreshing to be able to get on my phone and make a maintenance request. Even if the answer were no, it would still be a relief to express myself.
Terrible - locked out can’t pay rent

The app is terrible. The app locked me out. The password reset won’t work. Their website won’t even let me send them an email because if a separate technical issue on their website.
