I love the RP app. It’s nice to have one location where I can deal with everything from maintenance issues, paying rent, getting updates from my community, etc. It couldn’t be better!

Needs more improvement. The app is laggy, slow at times. It need a nicer user interface and more modern look. Please update your app so that it functions better and place it on a faster server. Other than that I like the convenience of it and I hope it continues to improve. Last thoughts. It needs a complete overhaul to the look both inside and out. Make it look more current. It’s boring right now. Seems cheap but with some updates will look more up to date.
Rent portion not showing

App it not working! Doesn’t even update the rent. I believe it’s the property that’s not putting my portion of the rent on this app and I keep getting late fees when I have the money! Will be gathering all info I need just in case I need to sue!

Life is a lot easier with everything in one place. The app responds well and is easy to navigate. I love it!

The app cut off numbers for my payment account, so it kept saying invalid account. Thanks to their errors I ended up pay three hundred dollars more for late fees!! Called several times and was told the message would be sent to IT, never got a reply. Still have issues with resetting password which has to be done with every update. Always have to use the portal not the app; what’s the point!

I only gave it 2 stars because it doesn’t allow you to submit a maintenance request. Still have to call the office

This app has always worked great for me but recently I am getting an error saying I need to delink my account using Plaid but it cannot do it. It says to update my app or pick a different bank but my app is up to date and I only bank with Chase. Even if I wanted to pick a different bank or add a new payment method it says that an error has occurred

Okay I’ve never had a resident portal before let alone an app that lets you see you’re documents, add vehicles, and even pay rent and bills. This is really great and easy to use. You can even add emergency contact information to!!!
