We had major issues with the inspection form not submitting and clearing our answers. We had to submit a physical copy because of this. Other than this, the interface is good and works well.
No maintenance done

I have submitted the maintenance request but someone put the orders as done. I still waiting the repair.

I was in the middle of my inspection taking pictures with the app and my phone screen timed out. When I turned it on everything was gone. I tried again did it very carefully to not let my screen time out and it crashed after an hour of taking pictures and lost everything again. I tried to use my phone to take the pictures and upload them but that option isn’t working either so I’ve had this app for 3 hours now and I already hate it

Have had nothing but problems with this app since downloading. Entering maintenance ticket, describe problem, only to get a red message telling me I have to describe the problem. Now, when I try to log in, it tells me my property no longer uses this service. Junk.

Forgot my password. Every time I click forgot password it sends me a password reset code which never works. All it says is an unknown has error as occurred. please help I need to this information for court documentation!!!!!!!!
