At first its a litte weird to get used to but its handy when you learn it. I wish it was more friendly to post maintenance requests or complaints because it just gives you a category to choose from. But othee than that my apartment complex is really good with using this app and actually use it to fit our needs.

I love how easy it is to use. I agree with others, it’s not the apps fault if the property you rent from doesn’t handle requests in a timely manner. I haven’t had any problems using it. :-)

Every time, I want to use the app to pay. App cannot find both of two, inly appear one. Have to install and reinstall, turn off and turn on my iphone X to pay. Very tired!

This app saves me a lot of trouble having to login to the actual website! I can see the overages something that they don’t allow anymore on the site and and can pay it’s great I love it.!!

I am so grateful for this app. It offers me the ease to pay my rent on time without worry since the leasing office is closed by the time I am off work and before I go in and they don’t utilize a drop box. I only did not give it 5 stars because the convenience fee attached. I get they have to get paid too but I believe that should be directed towards the apartment itself.
