This app makes it easier to submit requests and payments with no hassle. Avoids me from walking in and out of the office and bothering the girls (whom are always helpful) but it helps me as well. I’m happy to have this app

The app is ok. Wish that there was a way to see all signed documents, but overall it’s not too shabby.

You don’t have to worry about going into the office or filling a check out. All the rent information is disponible on this app, by adding you card information your set up.

It would be very helpful if we can use our bank account to pay the rent. It’s very difficult to have the features of verifying the bank account takin days to be verified. If you’ve the bank account, the name & our address then it should be automatic, if I put my information in & I’ve been using the account for a couple of years for the rent then it should take no time verifications & paying rent. Otherwise the app is helpful but not practical 100%. I’d appreciate the app more if it worked faster & a little more efficient with our bank accounts.

This app has been a great help and timesaver when it comes to paying rent. If you use your bank account number it’s only 95 cents for fees instead of using your debit/credit card which the fees are a little higher. Only reason I gave it 4 Stars is I wish I could split the rent with my roommate instead of only using one account. Keep up the great work!
My rent was missed using this app for Jan. 2022, late fee was given

My rent was last using this app for the month of Jan. 2022 and my building hit me with a late fee. Long story short I showed them my ref. number and they still gave me the fee because I did not have the confirmation number. I received a $180 late fee. I am in the process of figuring out another method to pay rent.
