Love this quick and easy way to pay my rent since I work during the time office is opened. So it’s very helpful for me to pay my rent without worrying how I’m going to make there on time

It’s definitely a huge convenience to be able to pay from your phone, rather than writing a check and bringing it to the drop box. However, the average review is because there’s a pretty decent service fee. It’s almost $7 for me which I think is just unnecessary gouging. I pay my rent, an extra $50 for my dog, and now an extra 7 to even sometimes $10 more for a service fee. Kinda lame.
