My rent was missed using this app for Jan. 2022, late fee was given – RentCafe Resident Review

My rent was last using this app for the month of Jan. 2022 and my building hit me with a late fee. Long story short I showed them my ref. number and they still gave me the fee because I did not have the confirmation number. I received a $180 late fee. I am in the process of figuring out another method to pay rent.
