It's not amazing, could use features like adding and editing account info, but I was able to pay rent from a bar. That's worth something.

The app crashes, a lot... it says I can't register because the info on file does not match even though I have verified with property management that it is correct. They appear to have spent more time on the user interface and not enough on functionality.

The app looks alright and the core functionality is there: make payments, set up bank accounts, create maintenance requests. Saves login info, which is really convenient. Biggest issue is responsiveness. The app makes a network request for every single thing, e.g. the set of categories for a maintenance request. Even if you *just* pulled the categories, it will do it again if you try to change it. So some caching of mostly static data would go a long ways here. It's also very touchy on the maintenance request table view. It refreshes too easily, and it will sit there for several seconds reloading. Overall most network requests take several seconds, which is too long IMHO. With those issues aside, the app does what it was designed to do without much confusion or frustration, so kudos for that.

I pay my bill split between my wife and two different accounts the fact that the residents iPhone app doesn't allow anything but full payment makes it useless to us please fix this issue so we can each pay half the rent from our individual bank accounts as we used to be able to do. iPhone6plus64
This app is a scam

When I installed this app the automatic reminder for rent payment stopped working and instead of the reminder I received a late fee. Also there are unreasonable extra fees for paying the rend with this app. Uninstall this App to save your money.

I have been using it for a while for payments and for maintenance requests and seems to work ok. It would be nice if I could see pending automatic payments and also get a receipt emailed to me - or at least be able to view it on the app.

This is a great option for if/when I'm on my phone and want to quickly check my balance, pay my rent or put in a work order. It works so I'm happy.

Ok, solid performing app. Great to be able to pay rent through app and submit repair/work orders. However, it needs a few features added to make it more useful. Let's get fingerprint ID integration please! In addition, it would be nice to permit tenants to submit noise complaints, which in turn would give landlords a running total report on inconsiderate neighbors. Also a suggestion box for ideas on how to improve the property would be great as well. Thanks!
Glitches
What a bunch of lies!
"Partial payment is not allowed." Are you kidding me?! My roommate and I always manually type our rent so we each pay half and now it won't let us. I'm so sick of their glitches every month. The new update says we can split payments, etc. Please fix this ASAP.
