Terrible app

Ive never registered here or maybe the apartments did it for me but I was never told so when I try to create an account it says I already have one but I’m trying to reset my password and says it’ll send me an email to reset it but said email never comes. I’ve tried looking in my junk or searching it and nothing pops up. The property manager is new and doesn’t know how to work this thing and I can’t contact customer support on this app.
It’s convenient but WAY overcharges

It’s super convenient and easy to use. But a $35 processing fee every payment is insane!!
