The management at my building complex says that rent cannot be tailored for a specific month such as the last month of leasing for prorated rent. This is the only issue I have with app.

I’ve been using this app for almost a year now and it’s helped me be able to make payments on my rent if I’m not going to have it all at once. And making custom payments comes in very handy. I’d recommend this to everyone to use.
