Be careful with children. The mature content filter doesn’t work. There are sexual pictures all over and the filter doesn’t affect it anyhow. Also there is no code for protecting the filter. So not only it doesn’t work, but if it worked it wouldn’t have mattered.

It’s only for retail sales. It’s not for designers. You can look at the products you already made and share them to social media but that’s it. No design access at all Of course I deleted this app. It’s useless. What a waste. How unimpressive. Lackluster. What a major disappointment.

This app is amazing! It includes a wide variety of products that I can enjoy and plan on purchasing. HOWEVER. Their update has left me tired, as shuffling through and removing old favorites I do not want anymore is a hassle and only ever tiring! Whenever I remove one it takes me all the way back up to the top so I have to scroll through every time! I tried to contact somebody but they do not even have an email! I hope they see this review and fix the issue. Aside from that issue it is a very nice place to shop :)

This app has a lot of great things you can buy; my only complaint is that I paid extra to get my items shipped before Christmas and not all of them have arrived, some say they’ll arrive the day after Christmas. Maybe it’s just because it’s Christmas time, but they shouldn’t charge extra for faster shipping if it’s not gonna happen.

This site/app is just AWESOME. I’ve never had a bad experience ordering from redbubble — everything is reasonably priced, comes on time & in good condition, and is great quality! Plus it’s so fun to just look at all the different designs they have, I have found so much cool stuff from fandoms and artists I like. Overall great app, 10/10 would recommend :)

I had heard rave reviews about this website so I ordered some gifts for Christmas for my sister. The estimated delivery was no later than 12/18. But, but the 18th, the still had not arrived, so I contacted customer service and was told they should for sure be there by 12/25 12/25 rolls around and no arrival still. So I emailed again. I was offered a to have a 25% voucher on my next order and a replacement order to be sent out that would arrive by 1/12...almost a month later than the original expected arrival. I asked to at least be given free express shipment to get the gifts soon for the inconvenience and was told they was not possible. What?! So I requested and got a refund. At the very least I should have been given express shipment. Other companies would have offered a full or partial refund AND still sent out the replacements. But obviously this company doesn’t seem the see the need to bother to put customers first and would rather lose money than fix issues to create returning customers...even when its the Christmas season.

This is a really great platform for seeing independent art and cool takes on already existing properties. I’ve gifted stickers and mugs to my friends and family in the past with no issue, but this past holiday season was different. I ordered 5 stickers the 16th of December with a promised estimated delivery from the 20th to the 24th. The weird thing about RedBubble is that they have their own tracking system for their packages and don’t connect them through a third party USPS or UPS tracker, so you’re relying on the company for updates. I was promised after the 19th everything had shipped and was in transit, but then I never saw any trace of those packages. I have a feeling that maybe only labels were created for those packages and they never even left the warehouse, because I have no outside way of knowing. They rolled out some goofy apology cards and suggestions for gift cards after Christmas as damage control which suggests this was a widespread problem. When I finally stopped waiting on the 28th and contacted a customer representative, to their credit I was connected within like 5 hours about my problem. I was assured that those packages had shipped, but was given a free replacement order and 25% off my next purchase. But where I was promised 4-8 day delivery for the first order in the exact same place, this next package isn’t supposed to come until January 20th. If you feel the art on this app is cool, buy it for yourself, but now you need a 1 month buffer for gift giving to happen on time. I don’t think I’ll be using the discount I got anytime soon, which is a shame, because the art for sale is really fantastic.
