I’d find art elsewhere – Redbubble - Shop original art Review

I had heard rave reviews about this website so I ordered some gifts for Christmas for my sister. The estimated delivery was no later than 12/18. But, but the 18th, the still had not arrived, so I contacted customer service and was told they should for sure be there by 12/25 12/25 rolls around and no arrival still. So I emailed again. I was offered a to have a 25% voucher on my next order and a replacement order to be sent out that would arrive by 1/12...almost a month later than the original expected arrival. I asked to at least be given free express shipment to get the gifts soon for the inconvenience and was told they was not possible. What?! So I requested and got a refund. At the very least I should have been given express shipment. Other companies would have offered a full or partial refund AND still sent out the replacements. But obviously this company doesn’t seem the see the need to bother to put customers first and would rather lose money than fix issues to create returning customers...even when its the Christmas season.
