I’m looking at all of an artist’s items on his page on the website but your app doesn’t show everything the artist has and is limited compared to the actual website. Please fix this.

The app is really great for shopping and viewing the art but it would be amazing if they added a way to view sales/page views and upload your work from the app.

The apl is good but there is no way to access lists. I saved many things on the website and nothing was appearing except for the favorites on the app. If you have stuff saved in lists but not favorites just stick to the website.

There’s no way to sort the art by price or relevance, no way to reverse image search, and it’s just flat out not very user friendly. On a positive note, it’s a great place to find some unique pieces

The customer service is amazing. I wish every company could be like them. You guys have my upmost respect. Also like the free stickers that come with a purchase (free advertisement) I place them all over the place. I’ve told my friends about what happened with my recent order, they couldn’t believe how super nice and easy it was to fix it. That’s why I recommend this company every chance I get ??
App’s Hard to Deal With

I’ve tried logging in 20+ times. When I finally updated the app, I had to disconnect Facebook to login. Why is that a problem? Why do I have to do that to login to the app? Well, when I finally did, it said I’ve tried to log in too many times. I had only tried twice since I’d updated. Seriously, I love the website, but I hate the app. It’s ridiculous to deal with it.

i’m opening a shop, so i thought the app would be helpful in managing it. i downloaded it yesterday and have tried multiple times since then to log in. and it still won’t work. it just goes to a blank screen and crashes. fix these issues! you will gain more buyers and artists if they can use the app.
