Great items and all products came out looking great but I always receive my orders multiple weeks late, I know this isn’t the companies fault but still very frustrating, even when I order stuff well in advance it shows up weeks late

But please stop having the turn on notifications pop up so many times after I exit out of it & select maybe later

Every time I try to login it says “Whoops… We couldn’t log you in. Please wait a moment and try again.” I even reset my password to make sure the issue wasn’t related to it. Please fix this.

The app is fine. A little laggy when switching between sticker finishes, I’ve noticed. Also it won’t let you turn off the mature content filter

Keep getting an error message when I open it. It tries to refresh but can’t/won’t ?

Each time I turn the mature filter button off it turns itself on and I can’t see naturist/nudist content to make a purchase.

It’s great of you but a blanket (print seems to be dyed on) or something you won’t wash but don’t bother buying hoodies or shirts. Every shirt I’ve bought with the exception of one, the picture came off in the first washing. For the amount of money you have to pay for this stuff, that is pretty ridiculous. Very disappointed.

Artists beware. I make a living selling my art online and this is by far the worst company I’ve ever worked with. They are run primarily by bots with a skeleton crew of live people. While I appreciate they patrol for fraud, this is done entirely by bots, and if an account gets flagged, it is automatically suspended without any context as to why. They reserve the right to NEVER tell you why the account was suspended. The only way to reverse it is to submit an appeal (without knowing what you are appealing) and they will get back to you within two weeks IF they decide to review the case at all (they are very open that they wont review most appeals). Any attempts to reach out and discuss the matter further is responded to with a sternly worded e-mail basically telling you if you bother them again they will just automatically ban your account forever. All of this happened to me just 3 days after opening an account to give them a try. It’s clear they don’t think they owe the artists anything. If this is the way they treat the actual source of their inventory, I can’t imagine how they treat customers buying your work. I personally would not want my name linked to this kind of dumpster fire of a client experience.
